Shervin Sheldon McLean

Shervin as been in the IT sector for over 20 years. Shervin is highly skilled at resolving HR technical issues quickly and have successfully implemented and project managed HR softwares in numerous reputable organisations.


He has the ability to equip organisations with appropriate tools and knowledge to effectively manage their people in line with the business talent and attraction plans e.g. creation of performance management, absence management, career management, KPI's and implementing HRIS system from scratch.

Shervin will support organisations with research, design and development of HR Employee Relation initiatives in support of the organisational HR strategy, using expert knowledge of the client area and project manage the development and implementation of corporate-wide policies, procedures, systems and initiatives such as the , Culture Survey/Task Force and Strategy Implementation team designed to drive employer of choice enhancements.

He possess the ability to provide both transformational advices on change management initiatives  such as; organisational development, restructures, job role design etc.  in order to improve cost and efficiency while at the same time designing and implementing new organisation structures, roles, and communication approaches.

Kameka is a LLB Law and BA Hons Human Resources Graduate who has been practicing for over 15 years in numerous sectors or HR and Employment Law.  She has been involved in numerous Organisational change projects for reputatable organisations.


Kameka possesses several years of comprehensive human resources experience, including recruitment and retention, conflict resolution, change management, employee relations and benefits administration. She is commercially savvy with proven experience collaborating with senior management to conduct Human Resources strategic planning in order to support and further corporate goals, reaffirming Human Resources best practice and  has demonstrated experience initiating cost containment strategies resulting in significant savings for organisations.


Kameka exhibits excellent ability inn addressing and implementing strategic plans for growth in ambiguous environment and diagnosing complex organisational issues, generate solutions and execute strategies to drive a high performance culture.


Kameka has led projects from organisational design, development, company acquisitions, from due diligence to TUPE transfers, talent acquisition, retention, succession planning, learning and development, polices and processes formation. she has proven hands on experience in equality and employment law including complaint investigation, tribunal preparation and drafting settlement agreements to thwart legal action.


Personal qualities include exceptional influencing and communication skills, strong analysis and judgement, plus proven ability to gain credibility quickly and build effective working relationships based on trust and partnership in complicated matrix environment.​​
